Mental Health Advocacy

I Am Mental Health®

At age twelve, I was diagnosed with ADHD.

I had a lot of trouble in school growing up, having to switch schools several times. At age twelve, I was diagnosed with ADHD, which stands for Attention Deficit and Hyperactivity Disorder. At that time, there was limited research and support for ADHD, and I never understood how to live my best life with it until I became an adult. My work transcends the boundaries of traditional consulting, reaching into the core of communities in need. With a steadfast belief in the power of awareness, education, and support, our services are designed to empower individuals, families, and organizations to navigate the complexities of mental health challenges.

Raising Awareness

I believe in a world where mental health is recognized and treated with the same urgency and respect as physical health. I’ve dedicated my career to dismantling the stigma surrounding mental health issues, advocating for accessible care, and providing the tools and knowledge necessary to support mental wellness for all.Through speaking engagements and strategic conversations, I seek to break down the stigma surrounding mental health conditions by sharing my own experiences. I value opportunities to express the importance of providing support to mental health for individuals and society as a whole. The more we understand about mental health, the more we can support those affected to be successful in their everyday lives.
